I have some food waste to report again.
Here you’re looking at some rice noodles. We simply don’t eat them, so out they went to my compost heap. The rest of the ones I had travelled to work to share with co-workers, but this packet was already open.
And here’s some spinach leaves that went slimy before I could eat them. Normally I would just freeze the package before things went off, but for some reason that didn’t happen.
My fridge is looking nicely bare as always on a Friday. I need to finish eating that salmon, and do something with the two sweet potatoes I bought last week, even if it is just mash them and freeze them for putting in muffins.
