I have some food waste to report again.<\/p>\n

Here you’re looking at some rice noodles. We simply don’t eat them, so out they went to my compost heap. The rest of the ones I had travelled to work to share with co-workers, but this packet was already open.<\/p>\n

And here’s some spinach leaves that went slimy before I could eat them. Normally I would just freeze the package before things went off, but for some reason that didn’t happen.<\/p>\n

My fridge is looking nicely bare as always on a Friday. I need to finish eating that salmon, and do something with the two sweet potatoes I bought last week, even if it is just mash them and freeze them for putting in muffins.<\/p>\n
