This week has been a bit disrupted. Just like the week before. Ah well. Let’s see if I can come up with 10 positive thoughts of the week.<\/p>\n
1. I am completely grateful for DMH\u00a0this week. I’ve had some horrible times lately, and DMH\u00a0is fabulous.<\/p>\n
2. Eli\u00a0hasn’t seen all of Lord of the Rings or Donnie Darko. I’m looking forward to a couch date.<\/p>\n
3. I finally got around to dying my hair last night. I’ve got a green patch and a blue patch. I haven’t actually washed the dye out yet, so I’ll see what it turns out like.<\/p>\n
4. KK and I have still been building lots of Lego. I have no self-control. Eli\u00a0bought a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles set that we didn’t have. Instant love!<\/p>\n
5. We went to a sculpture garden for a free outing. Sometimes I don’t understand what makes art. Giant white bobbles in the ground for KK\u00a0to climb in? Cool, but not art.<\/p>\n
6. We’ve caught up to the current\u00a0Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series episodes. Now we’ll have to wait until they come out on TV.<\/p>\n
7. I am being successful with clearing out clothes from everyone’s wardrobes. I’ve also adapted three too big T-shirts into ones that fit nicely. Pretty proud of my work.<\/p>\n
8. We’re growing a single bean plant in the bathroom. It literally sprouted an inch overnight and is growing like crazy. I’m not actually sure what we’re going to do with it.<\/p>\n
9. While I appreciate Anzac Day, and the commemorative spirit, I often wonder whether the money for parades would be better spent actually doing something for the veterans…<\/p>\n
10. The Disney music channel is on repeat at our house. It’s driving me nuts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
